2. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once submitted. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, canceled appointments, unused services, incomplete services, change of mind, or failure to provide required documentation.
3. No Transfers
Services may not be transferred to another person, business, appointment, or date unless Hope Diagnostics Lab agrees in writing. Any approved rescheduling, extension, or reissuance may require an additional fee.
4. Additional Fees
Any rebooking, correction, replacement, extension, or additional administrative request may require a separate payment. Prices are subject to change at any time.
