Clearinghouse Assistance
A team member will call you from 901-329-0719 and guide you step-by-step to select us as your C/TPA in the FMCSA Clearinghouse. You can complete this easily from your phone.

STEP 5
Take Your Return-to-Duty Drug Test
We’ll schedule your observed RTD drug test at one of 40,000+ certified testing centers nationwide. Results are typically available within 3–5 business days.

STEP 3
Submit SAP Completion Documents
After payment, our team will contact your SAP provider to collect all required completion paperwork.

STEP 6
Status Update in Clearinghouse
Once your negative results are received, we upload them and update your FMCSA Clearinghouse status from “Prohibited” to “Not Prohibited.”
